    The EVO oven uses a new horizontal air flows system, which allows to profit by the whole fan's power: each tray receives a wide and powerfull air flow in order to get a good thermal action on the product.

    The specific air inclination lets you get the "floor effect"on the tray. The high quality lets the EVO oven to be versatile for different products.
